- Approximately 5 3/4" wide by 7 11/16" (14.8 cm x 19.5 cm) if stitched on 40 count

More about the Darsameen Rug:
Inspiration for this rug came from the beautiful Turkish designs I have seen, with bold, bright colors and gold accents. The name I chose is a girl's name meaning "Valuable", which I felt was appropriate for this rug.
Each of my patterns are hand-designed using computer software, NOT designed automatically by inputting a photo into a computer program. Designs can take several weeks to edit and tweak to my satisfaction.
On 40 count silk gauze, the rug would measure approximately: 5 3/4" wide by 7 11/16" (14.8 cm x 19.5 cm) and would be suitable for a 1/12 scale dollhouse project. It could also be adapted to a larger or smaller project if you wish. Simply divide the number of stitches in the pattern by the number of stitches per inch of your fabric to determine the size your project would turn out.
THE PATTERN IS A DIGITAL PATTERN ONLY, THERE IS NO PHYSICAL KIT, FLOSS OR FABRIC ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PATTERN. This pattern is suitable for someone at the experienced or intermediate level of stitching. The chart is available in both Color or Black and white, depending on how you prefer to read it. Regardless of the style of chart you choose, you will receive a pattern that is easy to read, including a picture of the digital version of the rug, along with instructions as seen in the photo of the example pattern in each listing.
